This series consists of a card index to Public Service Commission unified case files and Second District case files. Cards are typewritten originals or photostat copies. Cards contain name of company, agency, or individual involved in the case; case number; related case numbers; title or summary of case; name of complainant; date received; and date closed. Each card also contains a number the reference of which is unknown.The cards are color-coded but the significance of the colors is unknown at this time. The index includes only A-Vr.
